The human body has much keeping it physically balanced and healthy. Our immune system, ph levels, hormones ,and the various systems each play a part. Chemical substances and ph levels inside and outside our cells must be kept in harmony with the natural processes of our body. Chronic, poorly maintained stress causes our body to use up the majority of its resources', that it would normally use in other needed functions of your body, leaving it exhausted. In this state of exhaustion the natural processes in our body are not functioning at optimum levels. Therefore this lack compromises the ability to fight off pathogens. A pathogen is a virus, bacteria, or parasite that causes infection. Your body must fight off these pathogens. If it fails the onset, susceptibility, and progression of diseases and disorders can increase. Some of the diseases and disorders are; cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, diabetes, respiratory disease, and many more. It is important that you see your doctor if one or many of these symptoms are occurring .The physical symptoms of stress is just one aspect of your health deserves your attention.
