Music works wonders for me!

In the last year I noticed that I was getting more and more agitated during the day because I was not dealing well with the stress in my life. Everyday it felt like the day to day things I had to get done were just overwhelming.

So I looked online for some stress relief tips. I saw that music can calm you down when you are frustrated. So I started to listen to some high energy music every time I felt like the stress was coming on. After about 10 minutes I really feel like I can tackle my life again. Just a little bit of me time!
