This website about stress, anxiety and healthy living information is a natural extension of my search for better and more effective ways to achieve my health goals. Through this site I would like to share with you the knowledge I have gained so that you will be empowered to take charge of your own health and improve the quality of your lives.We have all experienced stressful and even traumatic events in our lives. In my case it was an experience with workplace mobbing (an extreme form of workplace bullying). This affected my health in many ways and inspired me to create a website about school and workplace bullying, another one dealing with sleep disorders and sleep aids and now this website. In the pages of this site you will see the common thread of Identify, Manage and Prevent. These actions I believe are the most effective way to deal with stress. The pages contain thoughts on mental and physical actions to take to put the common thread into application in your life. Always consult your physician with any health care changes you might want to make. I urge you to be proactive in maintaining your health and wellness. While there are still studies and research being done on how stress affects health, it is important that we stay informed as to caring for our health.
